ZEX 82021 Complete "WET" Nitrous System

55-75 HP

The  ZEX "Wet" Nitrous System has the most advanced features of any "Wet" nitrous system on the market. All components, such as the solenoids and activation electronics, are factory pre-assembled inside the "Nitrous Management Unit". This ensures you will be spending less time in the garage installing the system and more time out having fun. The patent pending "Fuel Shear" technology used in ZEX's nitrous nozzle places the enrichment fuel directly inside the high-speed nitrous plume exiting the nozzle. This results in the most complete atomization of enrichment fuel possible. Super-fine atomization of enrichment fuel ensures maximum horsepower and eliminates fuel puddling that can cause intake backfires. Even the way ZEX activates the nitrous system is unique. Instead of relying on crude micro-switches or push buttons, the ZEX "wet" nitrous system uses advanced electronics to "learn' the throttle position sensors voltage curve. It then programs itself for your specific vehicle and, when armed, will only activate the nitrous system at wide-open throttle. This ensures perfect engagement every time the nitrous system is used. Advanced features like this make the ZEX "wet" nitrous system the easiest to install, the most powerful, and the most reliable system on the market.

  • Designed to work safely on stock type engines, but is also engineered to perform flawlessly on highly modified turbocharged and supercharged combinations. The ideal nitrous system for any fuel injected vehicle.

  • All major components are factory pre-assembled inside the "Nitrous Management Unit". Easy, plug and play, two-hour installation.

  • ZEX Nitrous Systems have an advanced, patented feature called "Active Fuel Control". This feature monitors nitrous bottle pressure and adds or subtracts enrichment fuel so the engine never runs too rich, or too lean, when you engage the nitrous system.

  • ZEX "Wet" nitrous systems activate at wide-open throttle using advanced electronics that monitor your engine's throttle position sensor. This makes using your nitrous system very easy and reliable.
