this is a very nice , gently pre owned pair of authentic thor t-30 white riding boots.  these great boots are youth size 1, marked thor mx t-30, leather and molded plastic , 3 buckles up the side, velcro top closure, logo all over, metal toe, no slip rubber sole, and elastic fabric top of shaft.  these boots show very little use and only have some light scuffs.  overall very nice boots.  clean and ready to wear.  the measurements are 9.75" along bottom of sole, 10" tall shaft, and 1.25" heel.  very good safe, sturdy riding boots.
