Please keep in mind that what a bank will loan you on an RV may or may not be what the rv is worth... Some lenders shy away from coach's over 8 years old and loan less, others do not? Some are all around aggressive lenders, others are not? If you do not get an answer you are happy with from the first lender don't give up!!
Now lets talk about this nice unit! (We tried to cover all the options this RV has to offer, but there is much more we can tell you... call Josh at 210 287 1521 for more details and he can even do a walk through the coach while on the phone with you to personally answer any questions you might have)... also ask him about possible free delivery!
Lots to like: Great brand name coach, huge awning, great layout, big shower, rear island queen bed, ducted a/c, outside entertainment center, Triton V10 and much more.
This is a well built Tioga. This company has been building quality units for years and the coach's are built to last.
This unit is built on the strong E450 Ford Super Duty chassis and is powered by the powerful Triton V10 motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems.
I would drive this coach anywhere.
Very nice appearing coach inside and out.
This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit.
All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured.
The Triton V10 motor starts right up and has plenty of power.
The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime.
Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl.
All used units have negatives, lets talk about this ones: Minor exterior and interior cosmetic imperfections as pictured. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards.
In summary, look at the posted book values (no options at all included) and you will see we have this unit priced to sell. Only one person can take us up on our offer... hopefully it can be you!

*** Note: A little background to help clear up RV models (this goes for ALL RV's not just this one). 2 stage process for RV mfg. to mfg. an RV. 1. They purchase a chassis from a chassis mfg ie), Chevy chassis, Ford chassis, Freightliner, etc. 2. They build the home on the chassis. Which way to title? Example: Fleetwood purchases a 2000 model Ford chassis in 2000. They complete the home on the chassis in 2001. Depending upon the original state this coach was titled will determine what title says. Example: In California they title according to the chassis mfg. date ie) it would be titled as a 2000. In Texas they title according to completion of home ie) it would be titled as a 2001. End result.... same coach different year model on title. For value purposes you go by the year the home was built... in many cases the particular home model was ONLY built in 2001 if using same example. You are buying a Fleetwood Motorhome, not a Ford Chassis! Again, this is a default description that we post in EVERY ad, it may or may not pertain to this particular ad. There is nothing special about this coach, this is again how ALL rv's are buit!! RV mfg. do not produce their own chassis's! They purchase them from chassis mfg's. It is very typical for them to buy a bunch at the end of year, then build homes on them the following year. It is also a very long process from start to finish to built an RV. Very difficult to make all happen in same calander year.

Remember I make my living doing this. If you need to check into things before you can own this please do so BEFORE YOU BID. If you bid on this item and win it, be prepared to pay for it. Check into your finances, where you will park it, if your loved one likes it, how far you are willing to drive it, plane ticket prices, etc BEFORE YOU BID.

LETS MAKE SURE WE ARE ON THE SAME PAGE!
I have done my very best to describe this unit to you as accurately as possible. My intent with my listings is to mention, describe and picture everything negative. Take a good look at my listing and compare it to others. It is obvious I spend a lot of time and I take great care. I check and double check all major systems including the a/c’s, fridge, lights, faucets, generators, mechanical condition, etc. If I were buying this unit I would need to know about the major systems. My goal is to make the unit sound worse than it really is. Most of my customers think the units they pick up are in better condition than they expected.
No matter how hard I try there is a chance I will overlook something (positive or negative). The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status.
If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy. We will demo all systems for you and show you how they work if you are not familiar with. You will not leave our lot unhappy. If there is a problem we will make it right one the spot. Once you are satisified your unit is as described we will then complete the transactions paperwork as well as on-line. I do require that we both leave feedback at the time of delivery as a part of the delivery process. You will then be on your way home in you new RV!
Keep in mind I have a Texas dealers license and I am bonded for your protection (I would not buy a vehicle from anyone on the internet that is not). This protects you as a buyer as well as enables me to provide you with a temporary license plate that is good for 21 business days (appx. 30 days).
My policies are clearly listed in my ad. If you agree with my policies feel free to bid. If you disagree with my policies call us before bidding.
You made it!! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my entire ad. I post as much as I can to ensure every transaction is smooth and problem free. I look forward to meeting you soon.
