Gorgeous 2002 Volkswagon Beetle GL model with automatic transmission. This Beetle just traded in, its looking nice and runs and drives fairly nicely. This vehicle has a CLEAN CarFax history report with only 1 owner reported in its history! This VW has a valid PA inspection good till 6/2012

Please read all the fees and terms of the sale before bidding, EVEN IF YOU ARE A DEALER...There is a $125 non-negotiable Documentation Fee and $100 Administrative Fee added for documentation, our paperwork preparation and time. Out of state residents can purchase a $10 transit tag good for 30 days.

PA Residents must pay PA tax of 6% and PA Tag Registration Fee's (Total of $220.65 includes the $125 Documentation Fee). PA Residents who live in Philadelphia City must pay an additional city tax of 2%, which is a total of 8%. The tax and tag fees are due at time of pick up of your vehicle.

On all Vehicle purchases, we require a $500 deposit for all transactions over $500. We require this to be taken through Paypal. If for any reason you do not purchase the vehicle, even if the vehicle is not everything YOU ASSUMED it would be, then you forfeit $100 as a re-stocking fee so we can re-list the item on Ebay.

We hold the cars for up to 7 days from auction end as long as a deposit has been made or you made special accommodations with the dealership. We require that the deposit be made with-in 24 hours of auction end. If you can not place a deposit or pick up your vehicle DO NOT BID or you must CALL BEFORE BIDDING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE DO NOT TAKE Credit Card, Visa/Master card Debit card, or Personal Check for any Ebay purchase for full or final payment on vehicle sales. Only through paypal for the $500 required deposit.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.Ardmore Nissan charges a doc fee for the overnighting of paperwork and registration fees handled online. This fee is 120.00. In addition there is a 90.00 ebay fee charged to all vehicles. If you do not agree to pay these fees please do not bid. Dealers are not exempt from any of these fees.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Ardmore Nissan will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Ardmore Nissan as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Ardmore Nissan.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
1. Ardmore Nissan will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Jim or Brian at Ardmore Nissan by e-mail or phone
  (610) 883-1769 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
