Warranties:
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Exotica-Motorsports.com will make a reasonable effort to remedy issues that may arise with order discrepancies or miscommunication between the manufacturer and purchaser. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties or as otherwise expressly stated, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return Policy:

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

• WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable.
• RESTOCKING FEE: All items that are returnable will be subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee or the restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer, whichever is higher.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

Due to the high instances of bidders hitting buy-it-now and then not responding to emails and with no intention of actually buying the product we will be charging a 20% fee or more for any auction that was won but not paid for.  Ebay’s policy is that these are legally binding contracts and we will be working with our attorneys and collection agency to make sure at least 20% of the price of the auction is recovered.
