Shipping

All orders are shipped same day when order is paid for before noon Mon-Fri. We ship orders Worldwide via UPS and USPS. It is recommended that you give us your phone number with your order so we can put it on the box. This is recommended just in case there is a problem with the delivery of your merchandise. We will e-mail you a UPS tracking number (to the e-mail address on your eBay account) so you may track your packages all the way to you. We use our own boxes, packing material and labor to make sure you get the item in the condition you expect. Orders are shipped to the address on your eBay checkout, please contact us by phone/e-mail immediately if you need it shipped somewhere else.
Orders shipped inside the United States: All Domestic orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise discussed. Check out our shipping map below. If you would prefer USPS Priority Mail, just let us know, we can switch out the UPS Ground for USPS Priority Mail (Times may Vary). Here are domestic shipping options you can choose from.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico: These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise discussed. Just select UPS ground when checking out and we will make the adjustment to ship USPS Priority for fastest service to your address. 

Orders shipped to an APO/FPO -or- a domestic PO Box: Since UPS will not deliver to an APO/FPO or domestic PO Box these orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders shipped outside the United States: All International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise discussed. Any order shipped out of the United States is subject to duty/taxes charged by the designated country. If you are not in the United States, we URGE you to give us as much info as possible about your car before you purchase. This way we can be confident about the compatibility on your car before we ship.

Return Info

As an online shopper we understand that you may or may not be 100% happy with something purchased from us.  There can be many reasons for this, so we have designed a one year warranty return policy to accommodate everyone.  The product we sell can be very technical, so please call us at 214-306-8031 for questions about the installation or operation of the product before just pulling it out of your vehicle.  For best support during installation, please try installing it Mon-Fri from 10am-5pm CST.
 
Warranty for first 30-day after purchased:  If for any reason you are unhappy with anything you bought from us you can return it for a full refund of the product price (before shipping, unless otherwise discussed).  If you like the product but it is defective we can send out a replacement part w/ pre-paid return label so you can send back the original.  Please contact us via phone 214-306-8031 to discuss these returns.
Warranty for something miss-described in our product description:  If for any reason we miss-represented anything you bought from us you can return it for a full refund of the product price (including shipping).  Please contact us and we will send you a return label for our mistake so that you will not be out any money returning the product.
Warranty after first 30-days until 1 year after purchased:  If for any reason something you bought from us goes bad or doesn't work for at least one year after purchasing we will exchange it for a new one.  Please send us an e-mail to sales@integrationsolutions.net so we can get you a RA# (Return Authorization Number).  Once we receive it back we will exchange it for a new one and send it back out to you.
