Lots to like: Holiday Rambler, low miles, clean inside and out, loaded, ducted a/c, big awning, easy to drive, park and store! This is a well built Holiday Rambler. This company has been building quality units for years and the coach's are built to last. This unit is built on the strong Ford Super Duty chassis and is powered by the powerful V8 460 motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. Dash a/c is not cold... you can fix it or I'd personally use the generator to run the roof a/c and cool the whole area. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards. In summary, look at the posted book values (no options at all included) and you will see we have this unit priced to sell. 	At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin's are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach's chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle... if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental.

Their warranties cover the motor, transmission, fridge, generator, a/c's, and most everything else (most non maintenace items covered, in other words oil changes, batteries, tires, etc. "maintenance" is not covered). Units are covered anywhere in the United States and Canada. You can use the shop of your choice as long as it has a "posted shop rate". If you sell the unit in the future, the warranties are transferable as long as you sell to a private party. The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status. If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy.
