This is a rare triple black 1979 Super Beetle Convertible Karmann edition manufactured in Germany. This car has been kept inside since I bought it in 2002. It is in excellent condition but as the pictures show it could use a new top. Everything on the car is original except for the radio as I replaced it with a new AM/FM with a CD player. It also has a new battery and new tires.  The interior is clean with no rips or tears, the front and rear still have the orignal floor mats. Car features a 1,600 cc 4 cylinder engine, 4 speed manual transmission, original wheels, convertible top with glass rear window, original black boot and comes with original owners manual. There is very little rust mostly on the under side of the car. It runs great and can be used as an everyday driver.  The only reason we are selling the car is because it deserves to be driven more than it is. We've had our fun!
