Our documentation fee is $125.00 for all transactions. Deposit We require a $1000 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. |

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions both parties submit to personal jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas and further agree that any cause of action arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a Dallas County, Texas court. |
