Shipping

•	SMALL PACKAGES:  All small packages will be shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS.  Rates are for shipment in the contiguous 48 States only.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International locations will be shipped USPS but please contact us for a quote before your Purchase.

•	FREIGHT:  All large packages will be shipped R&L Carriers or another trucking company of our choice.  We only freight items to the contiguous 48 States and not to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or International locations.  Items must be shipped to a business or can be picked up at your local trucking terminal.  We do not ship to a customer’s personal residence.

•	SHIPPING CHARGES:  All charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If an item is not needed or purchased by mistake shipping will not be refunded.  In the event there is a problem with the item we reserve the right to determine a shipping refund.

•	Nationwide Auto Recycling reserves the right to cancel any transaction in the event of shipping charges being misquoted.  If purchaser does not wish to pay for additional shipping charges the item will be relisted and your payment will be refunded.

Payments

	Payments are due within 3 business days of the purchase.  If payment is not made the item will be relisted and a dispute will be opened.

We accept:
•	PayPal:  All items paid with PayPal will only be shipped to your verified address on your PayPal account.  No exceptions.
•	Credit Card:  We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express.
•	Cash on pick up:  We gladly accept cash on customer pick ups.  Or hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 p.m. EST.  Please contact us prior to picking up your item.  Some items are still mounted on the vehicles and need to be removed prior to pick up.
•	Personal check:  We will accept a personal check but the item purchased will not be shipped until it is cleared.  



SALES TAX:  Mass sales tax of 6.25% will be applied to all in state sales.

About Us

Established in 2005 Nationwide Auto Recycling is New Englands newest auto recycling facility.  With 2 generations and over 50 years experience, we are no strangers to the recycling business.  Nationwide Auto Recycling is owned and operated by the former owners of ABC Used Auto Parts in Leominster, Ma and B & D Used auto Parts in Shirley, Ma.

Here at Nationwide Auto Recycling we only buy low mileage auto salvage. We do not dismantle junk cars with high miles.  We specialize in European automobiles: Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar, Saab, Volvo, BMW, Land Rover, Volkswagen, and Audi.  Starting January 2008 we started buying all makes and models to be able to fill all your used parts needs.

Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty:
	All items are covered by our standard 6 Months parts limited warranty unless otherwise stated in listing.  Parts are intended for use under normal manufacturer’s specifications.  Warranty is void if used for any other application.  Coverage begins the day the item is purchased and not the day you install it on your vehicle.  In the event there is a problem with your purchase contact us immediately.  Your invoice is your proof of purchase and you must have it for any warranty claim.  Warranty coverage is for the item purchased and not for labor or shipping.  Labor will not be paid under any circumstances.  Shipping claims will be evaluated by a case by case basis.

Returns

Returns:
	You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.  After 30 days if your item has an issue you will receive a replacement or a refund at our discretion under our 6 month parts warranty.  Shipping on items ordered wrong or for any other reason than being defective will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  There is a 20% restocking fee for any items that are returned for any reason other than being defective.  Any cut or custom order is non returnable.
