WHAT IS A PDI?
A PDI STANDS FOR PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. IT IS WHERE OUR TECHNICIAN GOES THROUGH THE SYSTEMS OF THE UNIT. WE MAKE SURE ALL MAJOR APPLIANCES ARE IN WORKING ORDER. WE ALSO CHECK THE LP AND WATER SYSTEMS OF THE UNIT. WE INSPECT THE ROOF FOR LEAKS, CHECK THE TIRES AND BRAKES. IF SOMETHING ON THE PDI DOESN'T WORK WE FIX OR REPLACE IT.

DO WE OFFER WARRANTY'S?
YES, WE OFFER EXTENDED WARRANTY'S UP TO 4 YEARS OF COVERAGE. WARRANTY YEAR MODELS GO BACK 15 YEARS.THE WARRANTY IS GOOD ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. AT ANY REPAIR FACILITY THAT WORKS ON RVS. PRICE OF WARRANTY DEPENDS ON SELLING PRICE OF THE UNIT AND DEDUCTIBLE.

Our closest airport at our Madera location is Fresno Airport called Yosemite National airport. Our closest airport in Arizona is YUMA, AZ or PHOENIX,AZ. When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you through the inspection of your coach. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach. All pre-owned units are sold "as-is" with no guarantees written or implied unless stated otherwise. We do perform a PDI and make sure all major appliance are in working order. We also go through the Lp and water systems. If we find something wrong on that inspection we fix or replace it. The pdi is a $395 Charge and is not mandatory. An extended warranty is available for purchase for rvs 1995 and newer and is good anywhere in the United States and Canada. All of our units for sale are available to view prior to bidding at our dealership. We do not guarantee cruise control, tvs,vcs,dvd players,or, cd changers.The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or e-mail. Please ask if you see something in writing and not pictured as there may have been an error. We are human and try to describe the unit to the best of our ability and judgement based on all the rvs we have sold over the years. Sometimes things are missed so please ask if you have any concerns. We do not always have owners manuals, remotes, or brochures. Brochures and manuals can usually be obtained off of the manufacturers website. A $2000 non-refundable deposit by way of credit card, cash in person, cashier check, Bank Wire transfer, or Pay Pal is due within 24 hours of the end auction. The balance is due within 5 days following the auction end or upon taking delivery, whichever comes first. For the balance we accept cash in person, cashier checks, credit card (please ask for details on this type of payment) or bank wire transfer. All documents must be signed and returned before we can release the unit. Please set up an appointment for all walk thrus or pickups. We sell about 30 units a month and all deliverys or pickups are scheduled. All rvs for sale in Quartzsite are picked up at our service facility in Parker 25 minutes up the road.

FOR SALES OUT OF OUR CALIFORNIA STORE: Winning bidder that takes delivery in Califonia must pay sales tax, license, smog (on motorized), and $55 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of California for use outside of California there is no sales tax charged and $55 doc fee and $15 one way trip permit applies. Customer must pay out of state delivery charge for transport company on all out of state deliveries. Charge will depend on miles for delivery or customer can provide their own transport company as long as a bill of landing is provided and is not the person purchasing the unit.

FOR SALES OUT OF ARIZONA: Sales tax must be collected if taking delivery in Arizona,license, smog (on motorized), and $55 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of Arizona for use outside of Arizona there is no sales tax charged and $55 doc fee and $20 one way trip permit applies. Customer must pay out of state delivery charge for transport company on all out of state deliveries. Charge will depend on miles for delivery or customer can provide their own transport company as long as a bill of landing is provided. We can deliver the unit outside of Parker,Arizona for $125 including notary to Earp 10 minutes away. ALL WALKS AND PICKUPS ARE DONE OUT OF OUR PARKER, ARIZONA LOCATION. DELIVERIES ARE NOT DONE OUT OF QUARTZSITE,AZ.
Our units are available locally and we reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.

Preowned rvs are not the same as new rvs. You are bidding on a preowned rv. Preowned rvs are not perfect. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description. We suggest pickup by the customer for walkthrough of the unit to show the systems working after pdi has been performed. We assume no responsibilty for damages done after leaving our premises. All pre-delivery inspections will be performed prior to customers appointment. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment we will show the customer how to work all the systems. The pdi is not an extended warranty. The pdi is good thru time of pickup only.

We have a couple transport companies that will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. The going rate is 1.40 a mile and may change depending on the company used. The company's we use do a lot of deliveries for us and are transport companies not somebody doing it on the side. These are companys that are hired for the transport and they are not affiliated with our dealership.
