Vehicle was purchased by us directly from BMW NORTH AMERICA due to "soft-top cover flap seal loose" issue. Due to this inconvenience for the original owner, the vehicle was purchased back by BMW, FIXED (by BMW) and re-sold by BMW and now comes with a Returned to Manufacturer notation on the title.
