The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows:
- Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
- Within 48 HOURS following the end of auction, a $500.00 deposit shall be received in the form of PayPal , cashiers-check or certified funds. (Please note that PayPal deposits are Preferred)
Pay your Deposit securely with any major credit card through PayPal!
- If a deposit is not received or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come-first serve basis.
- All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. If transaction is not completed within this time the buyer risks losing his or her deposit.
- We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle before the auction ends. (Buyer will pay for inspection charges and fees).
- Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions (seller will not accept cash). PayPal is only accepted for deposits. Ferman Wholesale will not accept PayPal for full payment.
- Buyers outside of Florida pay for applicable taxes in their state. Florida buyers pay all applicable state and county taxes, registration and tag.
- Shipping your Vehicle. Buyer(s) are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Here is a link to the airport shuttle for buyers coming into Tampa at TPA International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) Airport.
Under no circumstances will BID RETRACTIONS be allowed 24 hours before the auction ends
