2010 Forest River 21BH

Small bunk model with medium size bed on bottom with a smaller bunk on top. Has shower, toilet and sink in one room. Front sofa that makes into a bed also. Options on this RV include: gas oven, microwave oven, 13,500 BTU roof AC, awning, spare tire carrier & cover, gas/electric hot water heater, outside grill, outside speakers, carbon monoxide detector, heated mattress, water purifier and create-a-breeze bath roof vent. I bought this RV new and we have only used it for 3 months. RV is financed so need to get the pay off. It has full hook-up in my back yard so that you can check everything out. Comes with sewage hose, fresh water hose, 2 electric chords, xtra propane bottle, weight distribution hitch and sway bar. Flaws include a half inch dent on the top left side from awning, wheel cover is weathered, oven nob is broken (still works but needs a new nob), shelf in refrigerator door is warped (from being run through the dishwasher; still functions), and the awning has mildew stains.
