Payment and Auction Terms:

2. A $500.00 PayPal or Credit Card deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise....NY residents please add 8.875% to the final price, as we are required by NYS laws to collect taxes. All successful high bidders must add $99 to the final bid for a documentation Fee.
3. Accepted methods of payments are - Cash in person, Cashiers/Bank Checks, Wire Transfers, Independent Dealer loan checks, and all major credit cards.
4. We are always willing to take a reasonable offer for any car to close the auction. Please check Blue Book value (www.kbb.com) for reasonable offer. Unreasonable offers will not be answered. 
5. Please realize that though we make our best effort to describe every vehicle accurately, there will still be normal wear and tear for the miles and age on these vehicles - simply due to the fact that these are previously owned vehicles. We may not have additional keys, all or any sets of books or manuals – Please refer to the pictures posted to judge for yourself. Please, expect little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. 6. We extensively drive our entire inventory and we try to put at least 300 miles on each car to make sure there are no hidden issues.  Please expect the mileage to be higher than what you see on the odometer picture.
7. The vehicle is listed locally for sale, so please don't wait until the end of the auction to bid. We reserve the right to end the auction early should the vehicle sell. We reserve the right to cancel any bid at any time.
8. The winning bidder is responsible for picking up and shipping the vehicle. If you need help, we are happy to assist.
9. All out of state buyers are responsible for the registration of the vehicle and diligence to find out what their state requires for registration and titling of the vehicle.
10. Please understand that our vehicles are listed AS-IS Where-IS unless otherwise stated.
11. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.
