You are buying a used auto part. All parts have been tested before being removed from the vehicle. Because it is a used part, it is not in new condition, we do our best to clean it before shipping, but there may be residual grease or dirt. There is a 90 day guarantee, unless otherwise stated, less shipping on this part, The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. If the part needs to be returned for any reason, buyer will be responsible for shipping part back to us at buyer’s cost accompanied by the original yellow receipt. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. If you are using this part for any other application other than what is exactly listed above, warranty will be void and return is not permitted.

We also reserve the right to notify you if the part does not meet our QA upon leaving our premises and will promptly refund your payment.

To return an item you must contact us via email at Chris@classAautoandtruck.com within the 90 day period. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Freight Items
We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.

We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines
We will process every order within 2 days of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F EST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Help
