Most shipping is done thru USPS due to weight of product for which there is no tracking currently available. We ship out of 2 warehouses so you can expect up to 5 shipping days, most do not take that long.(Out of country can take days to weeks, we have no control over this.) That being said if you need it priority for a race, before the weekend etc. and it is in stock (outages are rare) e-mail us promptly and we can bump it to priority, 2nd day air for a small extra fee ($3.00 to $10.00) and yes tracking would be available for UPS. Just ask..
