Winning bidder must send a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of the auction closing by Pay Pal, certified check via express mail, and contact by e-mail or telephone to confirm intent to purchase. All deals are to be finalized within 7 days of the close of the auction.

Unqualified Bidding, Bid Shielding, Auction Interference, and any form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

All customers are responsible for a $200 documentation and administration fee.

 This is a mandatory fee and is not negotiable, car dealers are not excluded.  All Georgia buyers are responsible to pay sales tax according to the percentage of tax in which county the buyer resides. Payment can be made by: cashier's check, and cash in person.
