IMPORTANT: We will ONLY ship to the PayPal specified address on your PayPal payment. If you want your item sent to a different address, this address must be added to your PayPal account (as a secondary address) before making payment; then select this address when payment is made.

In 2008, eBay initiated a radically new Feedback system which includes Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) which directly affect the fees sellers must pay. Most buyers probably have no idea that eBay penalizes sellers who do not get full 5-star ratings. This is a "Back Door" tactic that eBay uses to grab more fees off the top of an eBay transaction. Although there is only a 5% penalty if a seller averages less than 4.9 in ANY category, if ANY category is less than 4.8, the added fees are tripled. And if less than 4.6, even more fees and penalties are added. Furthermore, if a seller does not maintain a 4.3 average, they get booted off eBay. Please think about this before you post your ratings.
Our goal is to get a 5-star rating in each category for each transaction, and everybody here works very hard towards that goal. If you are satisfied with your products and this transaction we would really appreciate all 5-star ratings so we may continue to serve you in the future. And if we should screw up, please give us the "benefit of the doubt" and a chance to make it up to you in another way. Please do not allow eBay to squeeze honest and well-intentioned sellers. This ultimately will only add to the buyer's costs.

If there is anything you object to regarding our policies, prices, products, S/H rates or time frames, please phone or email us, but please DO NOT BUY FROM US until you are 100% agreeable. If you do buy from us, we expect you to likewise be honorable and judge us on how well we fulfill our stated policies.
Two of eBay's bigger complaints are inflated S/H Rates and Lengthy Shipping Times.
If after giving us feedback, you do not receive your feedback after
seven days, please contact us. Internet glitches sometimes cause this
third party service not to work 100% of the time.
Be sure to include the listing number on ALL correspondence and checks.
Lastly, but most importantly, by monitoring our feedback continually, we can determine if a buyer leaves us unjustified low grades. If this is the case, we will block that buyer from future purchases.
There are people in cyberspace who are not very bright or not very
honorable. If you are one of them and do us an injustice, you won't get
a second chance.
Regarding Buyer Feedback,
we've arranged with a private company to automatically generate buyer
feedback and spend this saved time on the "operations" end of an eBay
transaction. The buyer's feedback is automatically left as soon as the
buyer leaves positive feedback for us.
