Porch area entertainment system with speakers, am/fm/cd stereo, RCA television. Plenty of exterior storage including basement pass-thru with slide-tray. Easy generator access located in front.
COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, in-dash rear view monitor, dash heat/air, Pioneer am/fm/cd stereo. Partial vinyl/padded dash, large 2-piece windshield. Upper/front double-door cabinet, Sanyo television above driver seat. Driver side panel has upper single-door cabinet with outer speaker, levels test/gauge panel (LPG, water, black, gray), switches (soffit light, valance light, test, pump), battery voltage/solar charging panel, AC volt gauge; lower map/reading light, large window (portion sliding with screen), push-button Allison transmission, generator hour gauge, ash tray, switches (park brake, cruise, power mirrors, heated mirrors, spot light), lower map pocket, nearby Tekonsha trailer brake control. Leather appears to be in good condition, however seats show some minor punctures/blemishes, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: 6-digit odometer, speedometer, tachometer, front air, rear air, trans, volts, fuel, coolant, oil. Dash Switches/Controls: lights, radio mode, step cover, aux. start, wiper/wash, 12VDC, Big Foot hydraulic leveling jack panel, etc. Cockpit has an overhead lighting unit.

LIVING AREA: Fabric/suede jack-knife style sofa sleeper. Fabric appears to be in good condition, showing slight to medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds, decorative valance. 3 upper mini lights. Additional fabric/suede jack-knife style sofa sleeper (sits on slide-out), again fabric showing slight to medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. End table with Corian-style counter top, mounted decorative lamp, lower single-door cabinet. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds, decorative valance. Upper triple-door cabinet with lower lighting unit, 2 map/reading lights, and light switch panel. Living Area has 2 overhead lighting units and a mirror.
DINING/KITCHEN AREA: Corian-style dinette table with 2 upholstered dinette chairs. Dinette chairs show only slight to medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Lower open-faced cubby, nearby phone jack. Large sliding window with screen, fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper triple-door cabinet with lower lighting unit, 2 map/reading lights, electrical outlet and switch panel. Large 4-door Norcold refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and wood face. Kitchen (sits on slide-out) has Corian-style counter top with matching sink and range covers. Dual kitchen sink, 2-burner gas range, decorative mirrors behind range and sink. Double-door cabinet above sink with lower lighting unit and electrical outlet. 2 upper map/reading lights and upper decorative lighting unit. Upper single-door cabinet with lower switch panel and electrical outlet. GE Profile Performance sensor convection microwave with lower range fan and light; upper single-door cabinet. Kitchen has lower single-door cabinet, lower double-door cabinet, 4 lower drawers and lower spice rack. Decorative mirror on back wall with lower lp leak detector. Panel opposite refrigerator has switches/controls: slide-room, heater, water heater, ceiling, Duo-Therm Comfort Control; and 2 lower pantry cabinet with interior slide-out shelves. Dining/Kitchen Area has 2 overhead speakers, power vent and a lighting unit.
BATHROOM: Center bathroom has 2 sliding wood divider doors (bedroom door has window panels with fabric blind). Single sink with Corian-style counter top, lower double-door cabinet, switch panel (ceiling, vanity, porch, water pump), electrical outlet, medicine cabinet with vanity lights. Nearby hand towel rack. Cabinet unit to left of sink consists of upper double-door wardrobe/linen cabinet and lower double-door cabinet is plumbed and ready for a washer/dryer (washer/dryer not included). Tub/shower combo with skylight, mounted/detachable shower head, shower door enclosure. Bathroom has a large walk-in closet with interior shelves, 4 drawers, safe, and a lighting unit. This area has 2 overhead lighting units and a power vent. Separate/enclosed lavatory with Traveler toilet, Corian-style ledge, tp holder, upper double-door cabinet, 2-tier towel rack on door interior. Lavatory has overhead lighting unit and a power vent.
REAR BEDROOM: Rear bedroom with mattress, large mirror at head-of-bed. There are 2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper mini mirrored/wardrobe cabinet with side-mounted reading lamp, Corian-style counter top, lower drawer and lower single-door cabinet; one nightstand has dual switch panel and audio level switch. Block heater and fuse panel cabinet located on bed base. Bedroom has 2 windows, both sliding with screens, fabric blinds and curtains. Carbon monoxide detector and switch panel. Bedroom has 2 overhead lighting units, 2 speakers and a roof-mount RCA television.
SUMMARY: This is a nice coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean and has no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc.). Carpet in cockpit, living area and bedroom shows slight wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Tile flooring throughout the rest of the coach is in good condition, however I did notice a couple minor cracks. Corian-style counter tops throughout are all good, with the exception of some cracks/blemishes on kitchen counter. Walls throughout are all clean, as with any used coach, there may be some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Light colored cabinets throughout all open and close properly and look good. Partial vinyl-padded dash is in good condition, shows some minor punctures. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. Everything else we checked and/or tested at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, LP leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, hydraulic leveling jacks, lights and markers, and generator. Does come with some books and manuals. This vehicle is available for inspection prior to auction end. All vehicles are used and with any used vehicle it may or may not have chips, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, de lamination, fading or other imperfections from normal use. We will always try to describe our vehicles to the best of our ability. We do visual inspections only. We do not do mechanical inspections. If we come across something that does not work we repair it or list it in our ads. As seen in our feedback, we are one of the most honest dealer's ever on eBay. When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you through the inspection of your coach, your walk through will be performed by our technician with over 20 years RV experience. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach and then, at your request, we will go for a test drive. After inspection has been completed we will leave each other positive feedback on ebay.

There will be a $199 Doc Fee to pay for temporary plates, Fed Ex charges, title transfer fees, emission testing (if needed), and out-of-state inspections. All buyers will pay their home state sales tax rate here up to 7.3%. This tax will be applied when you register in your home state.
Arizona residents: registration fees will also be added.

Out of country buyers, including Canada, will be allowed to choose a $300 Arizona State-Line-Delivery or be responsible for the 7.3% sales tax, in which case we will provide a 90-day temporary license plate and registration. State-line deliveries must be scheduled 7 days in advance and the vehicle must be paid for in full via wire transfer prior to scheduling. If you have any questions please contact us before bidding. Please understand that state-line deliveries are done as a favor for our customers and should be treated that way. This means you will need to help work your schedule around ours when taking delivery.
