Loading and Removal of Property
All purchases must be removed from the auction site within 10 days of the end of the auction.

Damages
Unless otherwise stated, Seller will be responsible for the care and protection of the property subsequent to it being available for inspection and prior to its removal. Any loss, damage, or destruction occurring during such period will be adjusted by the Seller to the extent it was not caused directly or indirectly by the Buyer, its agents, or employees.
