Who Is Doug's Cadillac and Hummer?

 Doug's Cadillac and Hummer is a licensed and bonded Automobile dealer located in Shoreline, WA.  We are located about 8 miles north of Seattle and only about 20-30 minutes away from Seatac Airport.  We are the number one Cadillac Dealer in the Pacific Northwest, and have a very forward thinking management/ownership. We  have sold many cars to all over the United States, and thought that we should try a different venue for reaching our customers.  Each of our cars that we have on our lot have been thoroughly gone thru by our service department, detailed, road tested.  If the cars do not pass our standards we do not keep them,  and will sell them to our local wholesale dealers.

  Our Sales staff is very proud to say they can walk out to the lot at any time and show a car, and never have to apologize for the condition of the car.  In the rare instance that something may be not be working correctly, the car is immediatly pulled from the lot, and sent into the service department to be repaired.  It's not only our reputation, but we feel that regardless of how much or how little you paid, our customers should feel reassured they made a good decision by purchasing from us.

What is the source of your inventory?

We have many different sources for the vehicles we stock. Vehicles may be trade-ins, or they may have been purchased from dealer sales, or bank returns or off lease sales. Some of our vehicles may still be under factory warranty, and will be disclosed on each individual ad if they are. All vehicles will have clean titles, unless in the rare occasion we list a Buy-Back vehicle, and that will be fully disclosed on the ad as well.

Do you have all the titles available?

We do not always have the titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, or from other dealerships or from the state. We guarantee clear titles on all of our vehicles that we sell.  If having the title on hand when you purchase your vehicle, please call to let me know, and I will do every thing possible to make sure we can accommadate your request.

Do you do any financing?

 I live out of state, how does the buying process work?

We are very experienced in out of State transactions!

For Cash Purchases:

1) You place the winning bid and make the required deposit with in 24 hours.

2) We contact each other via email, or by telephone to finanlize the transaction.

3) We fed-Ex all required documents for you to sign and return to us, in a pre-paid Fed-Ex envelope, with certified funds, or you may wire transfer to our bank.

4)When we received all documents signed by you, and all funds have cleared our bank, then you may ship your vehicle.

5) Enjoy your new car!

I live our of state, and want to fly in to take delivery of my new car?

That is great!  We have done this many times, and all we ask is you notify us of your flight arraingments into Seattle Airport. We will come pick you up, and take you to the dealership, so you may pick you car, freshly detailed, and full of gas!

What about an extended Warranty?

We have a fantastic selection of warranties, as well as car care products, that will enhance your investment, and piece of mind in your purchase. Our business office will be glad to go over those options with you, when they are completing the paperwork with you.

What type of service do you do perform on your vehicle's?

All cars are professionally cleaned before we sell them. We do an mechanical and safety check on each of our vehicles. If any mechanical issues are found, we will address them. If we elect not to repair something, (generally cosmetic) we will disclose that in our ad as well.

How do I know the vehicle I am interested in is in the condition stated?

We are professionals in the auto industry, and we take pride in making sure we have the best inventory for our customers. We do our best to fully disclose any problems that we may find during our service inspection. You are also more than welcome to have a 3rd party at your expense inspect any vehicle that you are bidding on!

Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to pay. Warranty: Equipment is covered by manufacturers warranty only.  Financing: We offer financing through eBays Equipment Financing program. If you are a State of Washington Resident, you will be responsible for all Sales Tax, and Lic Fee's, and a Document fee of $150. Prior to Pickup or shipping of yur vehicle.

If you are a Out of State Resident, you will be responsible of all trip permits, and shipping fee's. Proper proof of out of State items are required with adress matching and license.
