INSIDE THE UNITED STATES – Free!
- It is our goal to ship faster than anyone on eBay. All orders ship within 3 hours of payment, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday.
- We use UPS ground, FEDEX ground, AND USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, this is a 3-4 day service.

- We ONLY ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, or the registered billing address of your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments.
- Within 3 hours of your purchase (Mon-Fri), you should receive an email from Ebay letting you know your package has shipped. You will also receive an email within 24 hours that will include your tracking number. If for some reason this email wasn’t received you can find your delivery confirmation number by logging in and viewing the PayPal payment.

Exchanges for Non-Defective Parts
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- A RGA# will be issued at this time.
- There will be no restocking fee for an exchange.
- The customer will pay all shipping charges.
- Product must come back in original manufactures packaging.
- Please insure the return shipment so you will be covered in the event of a lost package.
Exchanges for Defective Parts
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- A RGA# and call tag will be issued to pick up the product.
- A replacement part will be sent out as soon as the item is received and inspected for said defect.
- We will not expedite any shipping during this process. Ground shipping service is used.
- Product must come back in original manufactures packaging.
Return for Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- A RGA# will be issued at this time, No returns with out a RGA
- All refunds will be given after parts are returned to the appropriate warehouse.
- The customer will pay all shipping charges, shipping will not be refunded.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Mutual bid withdraw must be completed before refund.
- Product must come back in original manufactures packaging.

Q. How soon will you ship my package?
A. We ship within 3 hours of receiving your payment, Monday-Friday, no exceptions!
Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Please email us to see if your order combination can be combined.
Q. Where is my delivery confirmation number?
A. An email will be sent from Ebay notifying you that your package has been shipped, your delivery confirmation will also be shown. This email may fall into your "spam" folder so if it is not received you can find the delivery confirmation number by logging into your PayPal account and viewing the payment.
Q. How come my tracking number doesn't show any information when I track it at USPS.com?
A. USPS does not offer "tracking" services for priority mail or first class mail. The number you received is a delivery confirmation that will be updated on the USPS website only after delivery is complete.
Q. I didn’t receive my package, now what happens?
A. Although 99.9% of our packages are delivered safely and on time, shipments do get lost. We recommend you purchase insurance at check out so in the event of a loss you will be covered. We are not responsible for lost packages that were not insured.
Q. I live in Las Vegas, NV. Can I stop by and pick up my item?
A. We do offer local pick up, on some of our products. Please email us to see if your item is warehoused in Las Vegas.
Q. Can you ship to a different address than the one on my PayPal account?
A. Under PayPal's seller protection policy we are only able to ship to the address on the payment. The address must be confirmed or verified by PayPal.
