We realize the importance of describing items in as much detail as possible. However, items are described and photographed to the best of our ability and an omission is merely due to our lack of knowledge only, not on purpose. We buy from e-bay also so we know and understand the importance. We encourage you to look at the photographs carefully we work hard on presenting as many detailed photographs as possible to ensure you will know what you are spending your hard earned money on. Item must be returned within 2 days after you have received the e-mail from us stating we will accept the return. That means the postal date of the return on your end must be within 2 days of our e-mail authorizing the return. 3. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer will pay ALL COSTS INVOLVED in dealing with returns. We will only refund the amount paid for the item, period, no questions asked. Shipping is part of the transaction and not the product. If these stipulations are not followed, you may only receive a partial refund, if at all. We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. It is up to you to read our policy. Please keep in mind that we have no control over how the postal carrier will handle your package once it is shipped. If you receive a damaged item you will need to file a claim with the post office. We would NEVER list an item that did not work without telling you did not work. We have been a victim of this kind of fraud and we are firm on this policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please try to resolve any issues with us before placing negative feedback. 99.9 percent of the negative feedback is posted in haste or fraudulently, by inexperienced e-Bayer's who have not read eBay's policy guidelines in that they should try to rectify the problem before posting. In the end no one deserves negative feedback unless you are truly dishonest!
