Up for auction is a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2WD that was just donated to a charitable foundation and is now being sold at NO RESERVE

Vehicle Location:

This vehicle is located at our processing facility in the city of Sandston, Virginia (5701 Whiteside Road, Sandston, VA 23150).  To schedule an inspection at this facility please call (949) 297-4315.

Please be aware, for those vehicles that are drivable, we have only lot driven and not road tested our donated vehicles nor have we driven them for any length or duration of time.  They have not been formally inspected. We are not in the automotive repair business and cannot guarantee that our observations are 100% accurate.  All vehicles have not been formally inspected and buyers should understand that our opinions provided are purely observational and are not a guarantee of condition.

Here’s what the donor stated at the time of donation:

• Runs and drives well.
• Was still being driven daily.
• A/C and power windows not working.

The vehicle is equipped with a 6 cyl. Engine and Automatic transmission.  The odometer shows 269,683 Miles.  The seats are  Gray Cloth and are in fair condition for its year with wear on seat bolsters. Carpet is in fair condition but of course a good detail will make it look great.  Interior is in good condition with the donor stating everything in working condition. The dash does not have heat cracks and the A/C does not work. Overall the interior is in fair condition with normal wear.

The exterior of the vehicle is Green and looks to have its normal wear and tear. There are a few minor dings and scratches. Body seems to line up with minimal scratches. Overall the car is in fair condition for its year, it appears the tires are at 25%.

The vehicle does start and run under its own power. The transmission seems to shift fine with no complications. Since we did not road test the vehicle for any duration of time we can’t make any guarantees to its overall mechanical condition!  There may be other problems with the vehicle that are not evident therefore, please bid accordingly!

A mechanic has not formally inspected this vehicle. As is the case with all donated vehicles we do not perform detailed mechanical or physical inspections.  We simply convey what we are able to observe.

All bidders with a low feedback score who have not contacted us prior to bidding will have their bids canceled and placed on our blocked list of bidders. You can contact us via the “ask a question” link at the top, right side of this listing under “seller info".

Information Concerning Smog for California Residents:

If you are a California Resident intending to register this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be an additional $50.00 fee added to your total amount if providing you with either of these.  Since many of our buyers are from out of state, we will need email notification from you at least one business day prior to pickup to facilitate the test.  We make no guarantees as to the vehicle passing or failing an emission test.

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale.  This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.

Information Concerning Payment for Vehicle:

All sales are subject to a Non-refundable$75.00 administration/Doc fee and must be paid to our PayPal account within 24 hours after auction end.

Full payment is due within 3 business days after auction end.

• We will accept payment via direct deposit into our account at any Bank of America (please contact us and we will provide you with the account number). 
• We will accept a wire transfer into our Bank of America account (please contact us and we will provide you with our wire account info.).
• We will only accept cash at our Orange, California location.
• We will not accept full payment via PayPal.

Information Concerning Pick-up of vehicle:

• Pickup must occur within THREE (3) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with us. 
• There will be a storage fee of $20.00 per day for any vehicle left at our facility after this time, unless arrangements are made.
• The winning bidder is responsible for picking the vehicle up at the location specified at the top of the listing.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
