We offer up to two free months of storage (additional months are $75 per month). Normally, as a dealer, a documentation fee of $245 will be added to the final bid price, to cover items such as airport pickup, title work, courier fees, walk-through, ebay fees, paypal fees, and other dealer incurred expenses, but since this is we have a low overhead, no additional costs will be added. A dual mode Water heater, TV Antenna and Satellite antenna dome with a auto locator/pointer, and an auto leveling system.
FlexSteel captain's chairs in Ivory Leather, an Ivory Swivel Recliner, a Microfiber Suede look couch (not convertible to  a bed), all solid oak Raised Panel cabinets doors and frames. Closable oak doors to bedroom and bath, an oak slide-away pantry under the stove top, a HUGE Stainless Steel Electric Only Side by Side frig, Microwave/Convection oven and gas cooktop, shower/tub, separate commode room, nice clean headliner.

One piece Fiberglass roof that is solid with no leaks ever! The outside is paint and gel coat with paint stripping logos. We have cleaned and buffed both the paint and gelcoat out to get it to shine. The nose and rear caps are 2 sided gelcoat fiberglass and are rigid more like hard plastic. The interior has been thoroughly cleaned when the carpet was replaced. Since the couch and chairs were out, they were able to clean pretty much everywhere
The coach has been runout to stretch it's legs and all is well,  and pulls up the hills. Recent emissions test passed with flying colors.

Solar Panel on the roof, mounted next to the Air Conditioner cover.  As for the house batteries they are not new but tested excellent, Diehard Marine Deep Cycles dual purpose and can be used for chassis battery start help through a switch on the dash. A factory Deluxe Pod speaker system with 4 ceiling speaker 'pods' around the living area and a subwoofer, all attached to a new AM/FM/CD/DVD player with 7" popup touchscreen and GPS; The upgrade to HID headlights, if you drive at night you will be amazed how much easier it is to see the road and the  added HID, yellow in output color, fog lamps are great to have.
