1995 Prevost Country Coach

1995 Prevost Country Coach XL45 #BC-450-RD-Red Deer. This is our personal coach, we have owned this for two years, and prior to us it belonged to my Uncle in Mississippi. This coach is well maintained, with very few glitches, and in what I would consider great condition! We store it in a heated garage year round, but we just do not get to use it enough so we are offering it to you with hopes you will enjoy it as much as we have.



I will do my best to describe it and the condition to the best of my ability along with all of its luxurious features!



To start with we have just replaced the house batteries and the coach batteries; we replaced the cabin air conditioning pump and have put new brakes and rotors on the front. Along with routine lube, oil and filter replacements on the coach and the gen-set.



The coach has the most desired Series-60 Detroit 500HP Diesel, matched with an Allison World 6-speed transmission. Approximately 109,000 on the coach, we have put about 9,000 miles on the coach since we have owned it. (Now you understand why we are selling it, it sets too much, we still have teenagers!) The rubber is great and all 8 tires are Michelin, the wheels are Alcoa aluminum and polished up like new. Starting from the front of the coaches exterior and working forward it has dual air horns, remote spot light; the front bumper drops down for the front storage compartment which has a rolling tray for storage. On the drivers side you have the first compartment with a rolling tray for storage, the second bay has a rolling tray on the bottom of it along with a rolling Jen-Aire BBQ for those outdoor parties and cook-outs with your friends. The 3rd bay has an outdoor entertainment system including a AM/FM CD player with Bose speakers and a TV w/remote. It has a large patio awning on the drivers side and an awning on the rear bedroom window too.



Here is a list of the rest of the features of this coach (hope I have them all): We have replaced a few items that we feel are important to mention-New house batteries June 2007, New coach batteries July 2007, 12 total batteries, New cabin A/C pump October 2007, New front rotors and brakes May 2006. 2 Heart Interface Freedom Series inverter/battery chargers, Wabasto coolant heater, Panasonic Color TV's front/rear, Radio Shack amplified video selector. Datron Cruise TV-Satellite (upgrade will be allowed if I have not already done so as it is outdated and not usable since Jan. 2008). 4 Zip-Dee fold away chairs stored in bay doors and have "Country Coach" embroidered on them. Concord Electric TV antenna w/ automatic interior controller, 4 Zip-Dee awnings- one is a very large patio awning. Pressure Accumulator tank by jabsco for H2O system, Dual Grover air horns,3-Duo-Therm roof top A/C units, Bose Acoustimass 3 Series III speaker system, Sure Power multi-battery isolator, BAC-SAFE electronic reverse alarm. Corian counter tops, vanity, kitchen table and trim, living room coffee table, Intec vision system for back up camera, Cobra mobile CB radio, Allison World transmission 6-speed, Power-Tech diesel Gen-set, 17500KW approx. 1923 hours, Bose surround sound with Sony tuner. Automatic leveling, Buddy seat with 6 way and swivel and foot rest. Suede leather side walls and ceiling with mirrors, full size white leather couch with pull out bed, black leather recliner with matching foot rest, dining wall lights, dinette seats four comfortably and table moves for extra dining room or more room in the kitchen, portable bar, Gaggenau 2 burner cook top (we have never used-looks new). TONS OF STORAGE THROUGH OUT THE COACH, Sharp Carousel II convection oven w/ ESP sensor, beautiful mood lights line the windows and ceiling giving you that under the stars feeling! Nice sliding door separating the kitchen bath and master suite area. Curved glass shower with corian corner seat, and gold fixtures. Height adjustable shower. Toilet has its own room and cabinet storage, it is porcelain. Master suite has double door entry to make it feel more spacious (and it does feel huge), closet space is abundant! washer/dryer combination by Splendor 2000, large dirty clothes basket under washer/dryer, bathroom vanity nice size with outlet and great lighting, new queen size mattress with pillow-top side facing bed, night stands on both sides of bed w/ bed lamps, under bed storage with safe, lots of closet space at rear of coach along with the bathroom area. A few of the mirrors are showing some discoloration but very tolerable, trash compactor, dishwasher. Michelin tires all around and look new! Exterior paint in great condition, front of coach has a clear bra to protect against chips and abrasions, 10,000 lbs towing capacity, Masland carpeting in great condition, LECO carbon monoxide detector, Brewmatic built-in coffee maker, Culligan Aqua-Clear drinking water filtration, Kenmore food waste disposer in kitchen sink, Grohe- mix valve for hot and cold in shower, Fan-Tastic vent, NuTone food center (blender), Racor- fuel filter/water separator for engine. Ramco heated exterior power mirrors, Weather Watch- indoor/outdoor temperature with altimeter, Silhouette Window shadings-day/night with built in blinds, 2-Atwood 10 gallon water heaters with rapid recovery, White-Rodgers heat pump, and automatic fresh water hose reel, Jenn-Aire outdoor BBQ grill/stove. Ray-Line spot light- remote controlled from the dash,

I think we listed everything on the coach, and I think everything is described well. This coach is available for inspection with an appointment. We can deliver the coach within the USA.
