All returns must be returned prepaid - No COD's will be accepted. We will reimburse all standard ground shipping costs for defective return parts returned within the stated warranty period. NOTE - Warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, alteration or modification. Electrical parts are not returnable if installed.
