These are Ski Doo 800cc DUAL RING pistons / piston kit. Applies to all years 2001-2007 H.O. and non H.O motors. No oversizes available. This is a complete kit. comes with both pistons, four rings, CAGED WRIST PIN BEARINGS, wrist pins, circlips and all gaskets necessary. The dual ring design improves heat transfer through the upper portion of the piston and rings, prolonging ring life, and increases the interval time for top end service significantly. These pistons provide more consistent compression, more consistent performance, no performance loss with heat soak like the original single ring design. This piston is an exclusive MCB design. It is proven, we have several hundred pistons in service with no issues. Several Ski Doo shops use only our Dual ring pistons when servicing their sleds. We also offer a cylinder exchange program. Individual pistons are available also. These are OEM direct re-placement, hyperutectic cast, molybdenum coated skirts, HBR103 hard anodized piston domes.
