Outside Condition: The outside of the camper is in decent shape. The camper has fiberglass sides, decent paint and stripes, very good tires with NO weather checking, 3 huge slides, a big porch awning, slide out awning, and a rear window awning, rear ladder, big basement storage, leveling jacks, electric front loading jacks, electric steps, satellite dish, good glass, security lights, and an outside shower.
Inside Condition: The inside of the camper is good shape. In the rear of the camper is a recliner, big picture windows, upper cabinets, and blinds. In the middle of the camper is the living room, the kitchen, and the entertainment center. The slide out on the curb side has the entertainment center and the kitchen. The entertainment center has a desk, cabinets, and a TV. The kitchen has a Americana refrigerator and freezer Wedgewood gas stove, nice cabinets, and counter top. In the middle of the camper is an island. The island has a double sink and a microwave. The other slide out has big love seat that are also recliners, a cabinet, TV, and a table and 4 chairs.Up the stairway is the bathroom. The bathroom has shower with a glass door, a nice sink with a medicine cabinet, a seperate room for the stool, and a large WALK in closet with bi-fold mirrored doors. The bedroom has Huge slide out, a walk around King size bed a dresser, a TV, reading lights, night stands, and more cabinets.
This camper is in all around decent shape. The camper has a few flaws because it is a USED 5th wheel. The flaws with the camper are: there are 3 small cracks in the fiberglass, some of the decals are cracked and faded, and the carpet has some stains.

About this item...
Normally, the RVs that you are viewing are REPO units or trade ins. This means that this is your
chance to own a nice RV for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed. So, please do not expect a new or perfect unit, please expect a decent 11 year old RV.
All of these trailer have black water, gray water, and fresh water holding tanks.
This motorhome is approx 35 foot.
This motorhome is NOT nice, as compared to a new one or next to new, this RV is in
decent condition. It is 11 years old.
There AC unit that works.
There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.
This RV is in decent shape.
Please consider that it is 11 years old, and has been used.
This means the RV is not new so please do not expect new, it has been used.
If you are expecting a 11 year old RV that is USED this is it.
I generally state, just to cover myself, this motorhome does look better in pictures than
in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.
There are no known roof leaks at this time.
This RV can sleep a total of 2.
The bed in the rear sleeps 2 adults.
The carpet looks decent as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but
nothing to be concerned about.
This RV has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory.
Also, the curtains and cushions are usually worn and may not operate perfectly on some of these older units.
I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything.
This RV is Nice not perfect.
I now feel that I have described this RV. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.

We are here to sell our inventory fast and we only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 300 units in 2010. We sold over 100 units in the 1st quarter of 2011 alone!!! YES, We are very proud of Our selling average of 30+ a month units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because they are NOT NEW or PERFECT they are USED and CHEAP. So we are unable to take much time to completely check out every thing on each unit.
We will make sure the over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with.
We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! This is a used RV.
The units we are selling are 4-20 years old and at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times could use (and most of the time will require) some TLC. They are not perfect, they start aging and things start to break on them from the day they are built (Just like Yourself..)
