Full payment is due via BANK WIRE, certified funds, bank money order, or postal money order within 3 days of auction close.  You must send via BANK WIRE or overnight service a $1,000.00 nonrefundable deposit to be received at our below listed address within 48 hours of auction close.   Vehicles will not be released either in person or to a shipping company until all funds have been issued and verified by us.  State of Ohio paperwork must be completed in full.  There is an additional $239.00 handling fee. This fee is non negotiable and applies everyone.  There are NO exceptions.  All auction items are sold 100% AS-IS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  You will pay all costs for any repairs.  We assume NO responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.  The following is a list of some major defects that occur in used motor vehicles….
