Aft Deck:  Has a permanent hard top, Opening side windows and passageway doors. Brand new never used canvas and Sratoglass window enclosure for transom (Blue). The floor is teak inlay. New Bistro table and chairs, retactable clothes line, safety throw ring and life line, 4 transom mounted rod holders. new ceiling lighting fixtures, new Splendide built in washer/dryer, icemaker, countertop area with wet bar sink, drawers and storage below, new Cooler/double seat with foding back.

Swim Platform:  There is a new 4 step swim ladder mounted to the bottom of the swim platform for easy access when swiming. There is also a fresh water hot/cold shower

Engine Room: The galley steps swing up and provides walk in access to the engine room. There is ample room between and around the twin Volvo 200hp. Turbo diesel engines for ease of maintanence and tool storage and there is a small workshop area. The engine oil and filters as well as spin on fuel filters were replaced  in Oct. 2011. Coolant and coolant filters were replaced in 2010 and tested in Oct. 2011. Raw water pump impellers were changed in Oct of 2011, new engine and generator  batteries within the last 9 months. It has a 10 KW  Westerbeke generator with sound enclosure. The generator also received fresh oil and filters, zincs and raw water impeller 10 hours ago and coolant was also replaced in 09’. The Hynautic Steering fluid was flushed and replaced in 09’. Stainless steel 10 Gal. hot water heater operates on AC electric and is heated by by coolant when engines are running. Optional Macerator pump and overboard sewage discharge system. Spares include a brand new ($5000) set of Nibral Bronze props, 1 set engine and generator raw water impellers and seals, 12 fuel and oil filters, belts, zincs etc.

Salon and interior: This yacht and its gorgeous Mahogany and Teak wood interior was hand built in Taiwan by talented, detail oriented local craftsmen. The floor is real Parquet inlaiy,  all new draperies with sunshields, new area rug, new 19" TV and DVD player, new Chaise lounge and sleeper sofa, new JVC stereo system ($3500).

Galley: Full size table with comfortable and newly upholstered seating for six. Full size deep double stainless sink,large refidgerator/freezer, new convection Microvave, 3 burner electric cook top stove with fold down cutting board cover, ample upper and lower cabinet and drawer storage space. In cludes new cookware dishes, siverware and all kitchen cooking utensils, new coffe maker and blender.

Staterooms: The full beam width aft master stateroom features a full size walk around queen size bed with new mattress, linens, pillows and comforter. Large drssers on both sides with ample storage drawers, full size closet. A/C-Heat unit that serves master and salon. new 15" LCD HD TV with built in DVD player. it has a private head (bath) with full vanity and storage, toilet and enclosed shower stall. Forward stateroom: Forward of the galley is the guest stateroom with a wide lower and twin upper berth. The upper folds to turn the lower into a day couch or lounge area. To the port side there is a closet. It has an A/C-heating unit that serves thge salon as well. To the starboard side there is a head with vanity and shower. Dresser drawers and below bed compartments offer ample storage and features four oval opening port hole windows and a skylight deck hatch.

All mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems have been serviced and tested.

Fuel Economy: at 9 knots fuel consumption is 4 gallons per hour and at 14 knots 11 gph.

Accessories: Also included are a complete library of engine , transmission, electronics and systems manuals, all new linens, fire extinguishers, 8 life vests, and safety flares, life ring with throw line , fenders, dock lines, boat hook, cleaning tools and supplies, 2 shore power cords with several adaptors and are all included.

 I live in Wisconsin and have not been able to get there nearly as often as i had planned. So after all this time and money spent i have decided to sell it and let someone enjoy it as it shopuld be rather than sit there like all the other "dock Queens".
