Please hear me out on some things and I know not everyone takes the time to read all of the fine print. So, I appreciate and thank you if you are reading this right now.
Ebay tells buyers to rate a seller "honestly" but does NOT tell buyers that those DSRs (detailed seller ratings) must be 5 stars for sellers as often as possible or ebay will consider the seller performance at a lower standard which compromises listing visibility and even account suspension.
DSRs are as follows with some of my own comments;
Item as described;
Not all sellers are honest. We will personally do our very best to describe an item accurately including flaws or imperfections. If you have questions please don't hesitate to ask. If you see something in-accurate don't hesitate to bring it to our attention. We are humble and thankful when this happens. We either make corrections, pull inaccurate listings, and move on. We don't see any reason to be dishonest or purposely leave flaws out of descriptions. Please, rate us at 5 stars if you are happy with the item.
Communication;
As already mentioned, please, do NOT hesitate to contact us with any questions. We check our messages daily and answer questions as fast as we can. We know how it feels to wait for a reply to our question about an item. We are buyers too. We are easy to work with. Customer Service is important to us. Kindly, consider rating us at 5 stars if this is to your satisfaction.
Shipping Time;
Please understand that we really do our best to box an item that has been paid for and drive it to the post office within 24 hours after receiving that payment. We also feel it is more important to keep shipping costs affordable so we use USPS Parcel Post which is usually cheaper than Priority. Wouldn't you rather save on shipping than get the item blazing fast? I would. Having said that, we just can NOT control how fast USPS gets it delivered to you. We do our part and that is all we can do. Please consider giving us 5 stars here if your item came within a reasonable time frame of 7 to 10 days at parcel post. You'll have a confirmation number which also serves as tracking. You can contact us if the item is taking too long for some reason and we'll work with you.
Shipping and Handling Charges
There have been sellers who will over-inflate those shipping charges. That is NOT us. If anything, we often don't charge enough because we are trying to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. We use USPS Parcel Post or media mail or first class. We may occasionally use Priority if it turns out cheaper but that is unusual. We also use a flat rate which is always mentioned in ALL of our listings. No guessing and no calculated shipping. Just a flat rate for you to have an idea of what your total might be depending on auction or fixed listing.
If at times the shipping still seems high consider that most likely it is NOT high but at or below cost. USPS has increased their prices, shipping supplies have also increased in price. Gas
prices fluctuate. These are things we can NOT have full control but still we do our best for you. Please consider giving us 5 stars here as well as the other areas for DSRs.
