I am pleased to offer for sale this very cool 1963 Volkswagen Beetle.  This car is sure to turn heads everywhere you drive it.  I have enjoyed taking this car to cruise ins and car shows in South Florida but now I must sell it.

This car is referred to as a “patina look.”  This style of Volkswagen is becoming increasingly popular and desirable.  This car may have a vintage “patina look” but it is 100% safe and drivable.  All of the mechanics and electrical is fully functional and working properly.

The body has some surface rust here and there as well as some minor rot that contributes to this cars very cool look.  The heater channels are fairly solid.  The pan on the driver’s side has been replaced and the pan on the passenger side is solid and may have been replaced some time in the past.

The interior has a very worn look which adds to the cars style.  The original seats have some rips and tears in them, the door panels are custom made from wood, and there is no carpet.

Mechanically, this car is perfect.  The engine is a smooth running 1600cc single port with 60 horsepower.  It runs absolutely perfect.  It does even leak any oil which is rare for an air cooled VW engine.  The transmission is the original 4 speed that shifts through all of the gears just fine.  The car is 12 volt.

This car has been lowered a considerable amount.  It has a 6” narrowed beam in the front with drop spindles.  It rides very well and will drive over speed bump with no trouble.

All of the lights, both interior and exterior, are fully functional.  All of the gauges work perfect.  It has new brakes all around and newer Continental radial tires.

The car is being sold with everything that you see in the picture including the roof rack, vintage luggage, vintage original Mobil Drive Safely license plate topper, and vintage original Coca-Cola cooler.

This car has a very, very cool look and rest assured you will not find another one like it.

The car has a clear Florida title.
