COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, dash heat/air, Sony
am/fm/cassette stereo, in-dash Sony 6-disc CD changer, Cobra CB, Intec rear view
monitor. Vinyl padded dash, 2 mounted dash fans, 2 sun visors, large 2-piece
windshield, dual map/reading light. Upper/front single-door cabinet with 2 outer
speakers. Television directly above driver seat. Driver side panel has upper
single-door cabinet, sliding window, switches/controls (wiper/wash, fans, trans,
cruise, power windows, leveling jacks, emergency/park brake), level gauge, and
beverage holder. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door. Electric entry
step for easy 5-step entry. Hand rail, switches (step, handle step well, porch,
battery cut off) - all located in stairwell area. Passenger side panel has upper
single-door cabinet, Hearts interface inverter panel, levels test/gauge panel
(fresh, gray, black, lpg), AC volts, water pump switch; nearby switch panel
(kitchen, hall, dinette); sliding window with screen, beverage holder, mini
glove box and mounted fire extinguisher. There is a wrap around windshield
curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining leather captains seats, both with
seat belts, arm rests and rear map pockets; driver seat with power controls.
Leather appears to be in good condition, showing only some minor blemishes;
there is a small puncture hole on the back-side of driver seat; I did not see
any other rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: digital odometer, digital trip
odometer, speedometer, tachometer, oil, temp., fuel, volts, trans temp, air,
turbo boost. Dash Switches/Controls: headlights, mirror heat, air dump,
generator, aux. start, ICC flash, driving lights. Cockpit has overhead lighting
unit and a Winegard crank for TV antenna.

LIVING AREA: Fabric
jack-knife style sofa sleeper with leather arm rests; fabric cushions show
slight to medium wear, I did not see any rips or burn holes. Nearby phone jack
and 2 wall-mounted lamps. Large sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds,
and decorative valance. Upper triple-door cabinet with lower lighting unit and
electrical outlet. Fabric love seat (non sleeper, but could easily accommodate
one person); fabric shows only slight to medium wear, some minor snags, but I
did not see any rips or burn holes . Nearby electrical outlet and 2 wall-mounted
lamps. Large sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds and decorative
valance. Upper triple-door cabinet with lower lighting unit and electrical
outlet. Living Area has overhead lighting unit.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
Kitchen has Corian-style counter top with matching range and sink covers, dual
stainless steel kitchen sink, Wedgewood 3-burner gas range, 3 lower double-door
cabinets, lower drawer with interior cutting board, and 2 additional lower
drawers, electrical outlet, water heater switch. Decorative beveled mirrors
alongside and behind range, nearby switch panel (kitchen, dinette). GE Profile
convection microwave oven with lower range fan and light, upper double-door
cabinet. Upper single-door cabinet with interior shelf and side-mounted hook.
Double-door cabinet above sink with lower lighting unit and electrical outlet.
Sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds and wood valance behind sink.
Fabric bench-style dinette converts into a sleeper, fabric cushions appear to be
in good condition, showing only slight to medium wear, I did not see any rips or
burn holes. Both bench seats have storage below. Large sliding window with
screen, horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Upper 4-door cabinet with
lower lighting unit and electrical outlet. Nearby Kool-Matic control and
thermostat. Nearby Elite by Dometic side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice
maker and decorative black face. Nearby lower lp leak detector. Kitchen/Dining
area has overhead power vent, smoke detector, decorative dinette light, and 2
additional lighting units.

HALLWAY/BATHROOM: Hallway has 2 sliding
wood divider doors, large mirrored wardrobe cabinet with 2 lower/outer drawers;
upper double-door wardrobe cabinet with interior lighting unit; lower
double-door cabinet contains Splendide Comb-O-Matic washer/dryer. Hallway has an
overhead lighting unit. Bathroom has single sink, 2 lower single-door cabinets,
tp holder, electrical outlet, toothbrush holder, soap dish. Large upper
double-door mirrored medicine cabinet with side hooks. Toilet with nearby towel
bar. Tub/shower combo with skylight, shower head, shower door enclosure with
outer towel bar. Bathroom has an overhead lighting unit and a power
vent.

REAR BEDROOM: Rear bedroom with
mattress, coordinating bedspread and headboard. Large decorative mirror at
head-of-bed, triple-door cabinet above head-of-bed (portion contains fuses,
circuits, etc.) with 2 lower speakers and a carbon monoxide detector. There are
2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper mini-mirrored wardrobe
cabinet, side-mounted reading lamp (one has generator hour gauge and start
switch), lower electrical outlet, counter space and 2 lower drawers. There is a
cabinet unit near the foot-of-bed which consists of upper TV viewing area, mini
single-door cabinet, center double-door cabinet with interior lighting unit, and
2 lower/outer drawers. Switch panel near hallway (bedroom, hall) and Solar
photovoltaic RV 30 charge controller panel, and coat hook. Bedroom has 2
overhead lighting units and a vent.
SUMMARY: This is a nice coach.
Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is
clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc.).
Carpet in cockpit, living area, bedroom - showing only medium wear and currently
has plastic runners in place. Wood flooring in kitchen area, does show some
minoir fading, but does appear to be in good condition. Tile flooring in hallway
and bath appears to be in good condition. Counter tops throughout all look
good. Walls throughout are all clean, as with any used coach, some do show some
minor scuffs and/or blemishes, but nothing too visible. Oak-colored cabinets
throughout all open and close properly. Vinyl padded dash is good with a couple
minor blemishes. Large 2-piece windshield is good, all other windows are good.
Everything else we checked and/or tested at the time of this ad placement was in
proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, LP
leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace,
water heater, dash air, radio, television, lights and markers, and generator.
Does come with some books and manuals. Yes, washer/dryer is included.

inspection prior to auction end. All vehicles are used and with any used vehicle
it may or may not have chips, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, de lamination,
fading or other imperfections from normal use. We will always try to describe
our vehicles to the best of our ability. We do visual inspections only. We do
not do mechanical inspections. If we come across something that does not work we
repair it or list it in our ads. As seen in our feedback, we are one of the most
honest dealer's ever on eBay. We have full time RV Techs on duty to assure
you're quickly on the road during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,

When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you through the inspection
of your coach, your walk through will be performed by our technician with over
20 years RV experience. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems
of your coach and then, at your request, we will go for a test drive. After
inspection has been completed we will leave each other positive feedback on
ebay.

There will be a $199 Doc Fee to
pay for temporary plates, Fed Ex charges, title transfer fees, emission testing
(if needed), and out-of-state inspections. All buyers will pay their home state
sales tax rate here up to 7.3%. This tax will be applied when you register in
your home state.
Arizona residents: registration fees will also be
added.

Out of country
buyers, including Canada, will be allowed to choose a $300 Arizona
State-Line-Delivery or be responsible for the 7.3% sales tax, in which case we
will provide a 90-day temporary license plate and registration. State-line
deliveries must be scheduled 7 days in advance and the vehicle must be paid for
in full via wire transfer prior to scheduling. If you have any questions please
contact us before bidding. Please understand that state-line deliveries are done
as a favor for our customers and should be treated that way. This means you will
need to help work your schedule around ours when taking delivery.
