Shipment Methods: We ship via UPS or US Postal Mail Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the USPS. Where possible, we will combine shipping. Our goal is to ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation, which does not count for weekends and holidays. Customers will receive tracking information via email once items are shipped. USPS Mail do not use tracking numbers such as UPS does, they only offer delivery confirmation numbers that are activated once they arrive. Shipping and handling charges are listed in each and every auction.

Delivery Time: Allow 2-10 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States, once the items are shipped.

Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available via overnight or 2nd day services. Please contact us by email or by phone for expedited delivery rates.

International orders: International locations will be shipped by USPS Priority, USPS Express Mail or DHL Express (fastest and preferred). Allow 6-15 business days for shipments for International Orders. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. All customs costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer, we are NOT liable for those costs or anything attached to those costs.

Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please refuse the package. Please notify us by telephone or via email, if you not there when the carrier arrives and can't refuse. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken. If the package costs you money we will refund the return shipping.
