THE MOTOR DOES KICK OVER, AND IS NOT SEIZED, THE CLUTCH LEVER STICKS A LITTLE, AND OTHER THAN THE STUCK THROTTLE AND LEAKING PETCOCK IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, BUT IT IS SOLD "IN AS IS CONDITION FOR PARTS OR REPAIRS DUE TO THE BIKE NOT RUNNING". IT DOES COME WITH A CLEAN TITLE.
