14 days after the buyer receives it | Exchange | Generally, all sales are final. However, if the wrong item was sent, we will promptly exchange it for the correct item at no further cost to you. If the correct item is not available, a full refund will be issued pending it's return (must be in re-sale condition). All items must be returned with an RA# (return authorization). If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you are welcome to return it with an RA# for an exchange. All returns are subject to an industry standard re-stocking fee of 20%. Additionally, if a part has been installed or altered in any way, the sale is considered final and not eligible for refund and/or exchange. If the item arrives damaged, there is no need to file a "not as described" dispute. Simply email me at awesomeaccessories@comcast.net and I will file a damaged claim with the carrier and promptly ship out replacements. |
