Blue Vagabond 14 Mast Up Cover

This blue sailboat deck cover will completely cover your Vagabond 14 deck- protecting it from the elements. Made from genuine Sunbrella fabric. This fabric boasts a 5 year warranty against color fading and loss of strength in the sun. The fabric is waterproof, breathable, and resists mildew, U/V, and chafe. It fits snugly below the rub rail of the hull to seal out dirt and water. The cover installs securely with an elastic cord and eight tie down points. This cover is installed with the mast up and has four cutouts: one for the mast, two for the shrouds and one for the forestay. All four cutouts have snap closures and a large #10 YKK zipper is used between the mast base cutout and the starboard shroud cutout for ease of use and durability. The zipper is also covered with a flap of fabric and snaps to increase UV resistance. This cover is compatible with our Vagabond 14 hull covers in order to completely enclose your boat.

All of the sewing on our Sunbrella covers is done in Tenara thread for the ultimate UV resistance. Tenara thread has a 15 year warranty against UV degradation. For those not familiar with Tenara thread it is a Teflon product by the W.L. Gore company, the manufacturers of Gore-Tex. By using Sunbrella fabric and Tenara thread we are giving these covers a 10 year + life span.
