     This item can be shipped With in the continental US via FedEx Ground.

        •  Shipping to PR, AK, And HI is available on some parts at an additional charge. 
            Please contact us for more information about PR, AK, and HI shipping.
        •  We are no longer able to ship outside of the Continental U.S. The only exception
            is PR, AK, and HI. You must contact us for shipping to PR, AK, and HI.
        •  We do not ship to PO or APO boxes. Your order must have a physical address. 
            Orders with only PO boxes will not ship until a physical address is provided.
        •  Tracking information is sent at time of shipment in most cases.

     We accept the payment forms listed below. Payment is required within 4 days of listing end. No exceptions. At the end of the 4 day period your item will automatically be relisted for sale. An ebay item dispute will automatically be opened and you will no longer be able to access the check out for this item. 
     •  Paypal - Our preffered method of payment. You must use our check out for
        Paypal. We can  not send you a money request through Paypal.
     •  Credit Cards - Credit cards can be used in our check out with out having a 
        Paypal account. We can also accept Credit cards over the phone.
     •  Cash - We accept cash in person. Pick Up hours are 8:00 - 4:00 est Monday
        thru Friday. You must contact us first before coming to pick up your order. 
     •  We DO NOT accept payments from Paypal or Credit Card accounts that are 
        registered outside of the US.
Sales Tax
     6.0% Sales Tax is charged to all in state buyers NO EXCEPTIONS Sorry there is nothing we can do to wave the sales tax.

     After winning the item via buy it now, auction or best offer we ask that you complete our check out. You have 4 days from the listing close to complete the check out.       Please Click Here for our full Guarantee terms and conditions. All parts are guaranteed for 6 months under normal use. Our Guarantee covers you if the part fails in service on your vehicle. We do not cover labor fees under any circumstances. All items must be installed with in 30 days of receipt. Customer is liable for all UPS shipping charges. Freight shipping on freight items such as engines and transmissions are dealt with on a per case basis IF the item falls under a Guarantee claim. Freight charges are not refunded on items being returned for reasons other then what is outlined in our Guarantee terms. We are always willing to work with you to make sure your experience with us and with eBay is a positive one. 
 
Returns
      If you need to return an item for any reason, we ask that you call us. All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back. We're always here to help our customers. Call us to obtain an RMA number. Any items returned must include an RMA number clearly written on the side of the packaging. All parts must be installed within 30 days of the purchase date. If you're returning a part because you bought the wrong one or no longer need it we will not be able to refund any shipping on your purchase. Return and original shipping credits are dealt with on a per case basis at the discretion of Tom's Foreign Auto Parts.

**A note about PayPal and eBay disputes and claims. If you put in a dispute before talking to us it could delay your refund process. These disputes are better used for sellers that are unwilling to work with you. That will never be the case when you buy from us!
