Shipping and Handling Charge

• What are the shipping method? All shipments are made via FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service either by regular airmail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on the types of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)
  All shipments requires physical addresses, no PO Box address will be shipped.
• Shipping and handling (S&H) is not negotiable.
• International shipment transit time does fluctuate.
• UK/Germany shipping fee above is only for United Kingdom, Germany, please email us for shipping quote for all other countries before bidding.
• Canada Customer Please Note: 1. Canadian government might charge a duty tax (brokerage fee). This is NOT charged by our company, and we are not responsible for this fee. Other international buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please refer to UPS website for references. 2. We are unable to ship any item(s) to Canada P.O. Box. Please note that if buyer has to put the shipping address as a P.O. Box address, and the item(s) has return back to our warehouse, in order to reship this item, we reserve the rights to ask the buyer to pay the shipping fee again.

All payments (Mail Payment / Paypal ) need to go through the "MarketplaceAdvisor" Checkout System to prevent delay in your shipment.

• After you won the auction, an email with MarketplaceAdvisor Checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. You may also scroll down on this page and click on the "MarketplaceAdvisor Checkout Button" to complete the checkout. All payment are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. We reserve the rights to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended,
• Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the auction in the event that you win. We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price (covering the eBay's insertion fee & final value fee) if for any reason you changed your mind.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions are ended. Complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Payment methods: Paypal, money order, cashiers check, and personal check (e-check and personal check will be held until cleared.)
  **Paypal user please note: We will only ship our items to "confirmed address" under the PayPal protection policy, which means is either the address user receive their credit card statement or paypal approve address outside the credit card system, please login to your PayPal account to change the status if you address is "unconfirmed"**

Return Policy

**We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase.
All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.

• Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt.
• All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
• We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers. In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.
• Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item.
• Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
• All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
• Most of our item(s) are plug and play, however, PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
