• Payment must be finalized within 10 days after the auction is ended
• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if there is bid retraction.
• If winner does not receive our email confirmation within 60 minutes  after the auction is ended, please email us at with the winning item number.
• If the buyer didn't receive our emails in 24 business hours, please email us or check the email address you registered with eBay, all emails will be sent to the same email address as your eBay account.

• Warranty Period: 14 Days from the receipt of the item. We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period. 
• If the item is defective, manufacturing error or not perfect fit, we might for pictures thru email to show the problems.  Please understand that we would like to see the problem and see if there is any faster and more convenient solution before customers send back the item.   
• If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time.  
• All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain authorization before returning.  Please email us if you found any problems with your items, we will work with you to solve any problems.  
• Any returned package without authorization will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer.
• Professional installation is highly recommended.  Instructions are not included with most products. 
• All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case.

1. Before purchasing the item::
   
   About Emailing - Please read the item description and see if the item fits your vehicle exactly.  If you found any questions, feel free to email us thru eBay, and we will try our best to reply your question in 24 hours.  Please understand that we are closed during weekends or holidays, so there might be little delay during weekends or holidays, we will try our best to reply all emails in the next business day.
   
   Our email system will automatically send emails to our customers when:
   1. Customer won the auction
   2. We received customer's payment and mark the item is paid in our system
   3. When item is sent out, we will notify customer and email the tracking number
   
   Also in some situation, we will send emails to our customers:
   1. Insufficient payment
   2. Problems is discovered before item can be shipped out
   3. Payment is not received within 10 business days
   
   Please understand that all emails will be sent to the same email address you registered with ebay.  Please make sure you check the inbox as well as the junk mail box in case our email is misplaced in the junk mail box.
   
   About combine shipping - If customers purchase more than one item, we will be able to give customers combine shipping discount if multiple items can be shipped together.  Please email us for more detail.
    
2. After purchasing the item:
   
   About Payment - Since we are closed during weekends and holidays, for payments sent during the weekend or holidays will be processed in the next business day.

   About Shipment - For items that sent to non-Domestic areas, there might be more shipping and handling charge, please read the shipping methods for more information.  If customers did not pay enough shipping fee, we will send emails to notify customers and will hold the order until sufficient payment is received.  In order to ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure shipping payment is sufficient.
   

3. Tracking the item:
   
   About tracking number - After we received your payment without any problems, we will print the label and ship out the item.  After label is printed, the tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number will be working after USPS picks up and scan the item.  We will email the customers to our customers 1 day after USPS picks up the item.  If you did not get a tracking num 3 business days after we received your payment, please notify us and see if there is any problem.
   
4. In case, there is any problem with the item:
