PAYMENT:  Paypal is the preferred payment method, however, we do have pickup payment options but you will have to contact us for those options.   We have alternative electronic payment services available like Propay. 

SHIPPING:  Buyer pays listed shipping costs.  We will combine shipping charges on multiple items.  In the event of combined shipping, please wait for an invoice.  We will combine your purchases and calculate shipping costs based on total weight.     All items will be sent through USPS or UPS and you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number through paypal shipping services.  WE SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT!!

TERMS:  Confirmation must be received within three days and payment within five days of the end of the auction.

RETURN POLICY:  We quality inspect all items before they leave our hands.  In the event you receive an item that is damaged, it is the responsibility of the mail carrier and yourself.  Due to Ebay’s new policies, we are no longer able to offer optional insurance through USPS.  UPS Shipping includes insurance up to $100.   If an item is electrical and DOA, please contact us for a resolution.  We will replace if possible, or refund your item.  We do not accept returns of any kind without authorization.  You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of an item of any concerns. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:  We take great pride and care in packaging and shipping the items we sell and the vast majority arrive in excellent condition.  However, if a problem does arise, our policy is that an item damaged by the carrier is covered by insurance if included in the payment and will be refunded by the carrier.  UPS is the only carrier that includes insurance and it is your option to chose USPS or UPS when checking out. 

FEEDBACK:  We appreciate all feedback and will leave your feedback immediately upon receipt of payment.  We will not hold it hostage.  If you have a concern, please contact us.  Negative feedback will not resolve a problem and we would like to resolve all that we can.

RESPONSE TO EMAILS:  We try our best to respond to your questions within 2 hours.  However, we are just a husband and wife team, not a corporation.  We are raising  3 children and they are our priority.  We work from 7:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday.  We are not here on Sunday to respond to your questions.
