Up for sale is a 2 owner 1977 Chevrolet Corvette with 31k actual miles.  Less than 250 miles since complete restoration. 

The vehicle was originally purchased by a friend of the seller in Morgantown, WV in 1977.  The original owner was team physician to the West Virginia University Mountaineer sports programs.  This vehicle replaced a white 1976 model that was stolen out of the physician's driveway!

Seller has all documentation (oil change info, service records, etc.) to prove actual mileage. 

All numbers match.  The only thing about the car that has been changed is exterior color, as original exterior color was Corvette Tan with brown interior.  Vehicle was painted Corvette Victory Red in Summer, 2009, by painter with various nationally-known show cars to his credit.  

Vehicle was in outstanding original condition when acquired from original owner in Spring, 2009.  Seller completely refurbished vehicle and has over $13,000.00 in actual receipts for parts / labor performed on the car.   

Absolutely everything works on this vehicle.  All lights / gauges work as they should, as do headlamps.  Air blows ice-cold.     

  Here's a list of what was done to the vehicle over the summer:

--Vehicle exterior completely taken down and re-painted.  Have photographs of restoration process and   these will go to new owner.

--New tires.

--New starter.

--New radiator.

--All new exterior emblems (side, hood, gas tank and rear deck).

--New hood insulation.

--All new leather interior by Wilson Bros. Interior (nationally known trim shop located in western Georgia).

--All new carpet / floor mats.

--New wheel trim rings.

--AM/FM radio / 8 track tape player removed and sent to Ecklers for complete rebuild.  Everything works. 

--All new tail light assemblies / lenses. 

--New antenna (mast / base, cable, etc.)

--New neutral safety switch.

--New side mirrors.  

--All fluids drained / refilled. 

--New front spoiler.

This is just a partial list of all that has been done to this vehicle to restore / freshen this highly original and very low-mileage car.  The car has been driven less than 250 miles since completed.  It has always been stored indoors.  There are no leaks in the T-tops, and they have very rarely ever been taken out of the vehicle.  Doors / hood all shut properly / snugly. 

This is likely one of the best examples of a '77 Vette as is available.  Vehicle located one mile off of exit 267 of Interstate 75 in Marietta, GA.  Seller is collector who owns other Corvettes and a number of high-end vehicles, so this one was restored as it should have been.  No expenses was spared, and no corners were cut. 

Also to the auction winner goes original owner's manual, genuine GM shop manual, genuine dealership promo brochure, 1977 Corvette ad, and super-rare actual GM dealership Corvette model (a Corvette replica generally displayed on the salespersons' desks at GM dealerships in 1977). 

As I am selling this vehicle to pay a debt to the IRS, NO TRADES WILL BE CONSIDERED.  No exceptions!
