Our safety jackets are having injection molded shoulder cup & elbow/forearm guards. Adjustable Velcro strap allow you to fine tune the fit. Vented injection molded chest impact zone protection. Vented mesh, vented Eva and moisture wicking fabrics keep you cool, dry and comfortable. Perforated vented belt. Our safety jackets are fully adjustable and stretchable to provide you a great fit during ride. Velcro kidney belt system available in all jackets. We offer regular sizes SM=MD=LG=XL=XXL with different color combinations.

Back protectors:

Our back protectors are injection molded spine guards. Velcro kidney belt with superior elastic. Adjustable shoulder straps, Lycra embossing. Few of our styles are CE-EN 1621-2 Level tasted & approved by SATRA UK. Available sizes are S, M, L, XL, XXL with multi fabric colors availability.  

PU Protectors:

We are offering a verity of Injected PU protectors that can be inserted into Leather/Textile jackets and pants for maximum protector during ride. Our PU (Polyurethane) protectors are soft and comfortable in garments. Few of our designs are CE approved from SATRA UK. Though PU protectors are light weight and soft but provides you a high level of impact and abrasion resistance . we are also offering EVA rubber protectors with low prices. These protectors are come with uni seize.

Knee Sliders:

Our great collection of knee sliders for Professional Motorcycle Riders available in extra thick slider with steel plate on top to protect you knee. Every design have their own properties, some sliders are thick and some are thin as per your choice different stylish and attractive designs are available. Our knee sliders comes with hard PPE plastic, stitched with the Velcro in addition to paste super strong glue and on some models stitching with Kevlar® thread. Used by numerous riders from club class to national level.  Uni size available for all rider.

Shipping: We ship Monday – Friday.
On Weekends and Holidays there will be no shipping.
Shipping is via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL Orders are shipped from multiple warehouse locations so orders of more than one item may ship separately. If items are shipped separately, each item will have its own tracking information.

Order Processing time: Mostly we take 1-3 business days processing time for orders within the US. All orders outside of the US may take 7 -10 days for processing. Custom made/tailor made orders are subject to delivery time mentioned on product listing. An average time is about 3-5weeks based on customization including delivery. 

FAQ’s :

When will my amount payback to credit card?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow up to two weeks for your credit. We issue your credits promptly upon acceptance, but cannot control the processing time of PayPal. 
Who will pay the return shipping charges?
Return shipping is at your expense (non-refundable), using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your record. 
Who will pay the exchange order shipping charges?
You will have to pay for exchange order shipping charges. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of exchange order shipping. To cover the S&H do not send cash or personal checks as we do not accept cash payment methods.
Do you refund Shipping Costs on returned Items?
Unfortunately no, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.

General Merchandise Requirements: Please note to be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition without any wear and tear. The item should be returned with the original product packaging and tags. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original packaging and tags must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

What carrier should I use?
You may use the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information, FedEx, or UPS. If using USPS we recommend purchasing Delivery confirmation and insurance against damage. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.
 
Item Specific Packaging and Return Requirements:
All products must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles scratches to the leather and product material or any damage that can occurs on route to our warehouse. Use the appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hand tags must be attached to the product. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will be a restocking fee applied to your return. If the item you are returning has removable armor and has been removed, please place the armor back in the correct place or you will be charged a restocking fee. Do not include the armor/accessories within the package contents. Please don't combine 2 or more items in 1 package if it was not sent to you this way. This may damage the integrity of the item. All products accessories must be returned, this may includes armor, removable inside lining and any accessories the product was shipped with. Item must be returned in new condition and no wear & tear will be accepted.
 
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
If you believe a product was shipped in error from PortoGear Inc., arrives defective, or was damaged in transit, Please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. We will have the defective merchandise picked up, and a new item delivered to you at no cost. Please keep in mind that you must call or email us immediately to report the problem with your order.
