Whether they are serious racers or high performance trail riders, the new Z1R ATV Rail helmet is the perfect fit for your competitive needs and all season sports budgets. 


     All Z1R Rail helmets feature an advanced lightweight ABS/polycarbonate composite shell with an extra-long vented chin bar for easy breathing during strenuous riding, plus a special dual-density polystyrene liner. But this top-level protection is pointless if the helmet isn’t comfortable.

So all Z1R helmet liners use there exclusive North American Head Form, which is round/oval instead of pure round, to reduce or eliminate the pressure points that can create discomfort and even pain for helmet wearers. The soft, padded Nylex inner surface liner gently cushions the wearer’s head, and is removable and washable.


     The Rail’s four-port ventilation system moves air through the helmet to keep the wearer comfortable even when riding hard on warm days.

Side-mounted rubber goggle grabbers help keep eyewear properly positioned during high-intensity maneuvering. Visor vents also help reduce high-speed lift on those long, fast straightaways.


     Like all Z1R Rail models, this new version includes an exciting graphics package utilizing dynamic accents in Black, White and Alloy Gray, along with Z1R logo identification. This Rail is available in Size X small only.
