Even though we pack all items properly, damage can still occur during shipment. It is YOUR responsibility to thoroughly inspect ALL items for damage when they are delivered. Don't assume that everything is OK because the box looks OK. Don't let the driver get away until you have examined all items for damage. If any damage is found, write 'damaged' on the delivery ticket before signing it. If you don't wish to keep the damaged item, REFUSE IT. If one item is OK but another item is damaged, keep the good item and refuse the damaged item. If you have any questions or need our assistance, please call us while the driver is present if possible.
