Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped with 48 hours after payment is received. Shipping rates are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, US territories, could be higher than rates quoted. Please contact our customer service dept for actual shipping rates.

Insurance is optional, but we recommend it. We take great pride in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. However, when the items leaves our warehouse, we have no control on what happens to it. We offer insurance with all our items and recommend that you take the insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
We only deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico by US Mail.

Buyer Feedback
Sick Moto will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, Sick Motowill initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
Return Terms
All sales come with Sick Moto' 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
All other Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Return Procedures
Please send an email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
