If you have received a part that is defective or broken in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.
Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, (20% for Special Order Items) and must be in brand new, resalable condition.
Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable.
Items that have been installed, used, or altered are non-returnable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless told otherwise by our staff.

We offer a minimum of 6 months warranty against manufacturer's defects on every product that we ship. Warranties provide for free replacement. Refunds will only be given if no replacement is available.

We ship via UPS to the 48 US Mainland States, and USPS to all other International and Overseas locations, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates

The provided shipping rates apply to the destinations in the Continental US only.
You can save when you buy several items to be shipped at once. Buyers in the Continental US will receive 50% off the price of shipping of additional items when paid for simultaneously (higher price prevails). International Buyers will receive shipping prices based on the weight of the products they purchase, quoted according to USPS real time shipping calculator.

Shipping Speed

Unless otherwise stated, we ship most of our auctions within 1 business day of payment.
Some auctions may take up to 48 business hours (weekdays only) to ship. If we anticipate a shipping delay beyond 48 hours, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure that you have a valid email address on file!
If shipping details are explained in the auction details, that policy prevails.
Next-day shipping does NOT mean next-day receipt; Unless you have specifically arranged otherwise, we ship UPS Ground. Once shipped, packages may be tracked; Tracking numbers are available upon request.
As a general estimate, Ground packages within the 48 Ground States are typically received within 3-7 business days. Other destinations within the US may take up to 12 business days. International orders may take 2-8 weeks for arrival.
If you have believe your item has been lost in transit or is taking too long to arrive, please contact us, and we will do everything in our power to track your package.
