This is an aftermarket tonneau made by Extang. It has hardly been used so it has no cuts, rips or blemishes. The wrinkles are because it has been stored: they will stretch out. I paid over three hundred for it. It's priced to sell. If you need one it's a great deal. Thanks, Steve
